TwoAverageJoes.com is our website and has been created to provide information that has been tested through our experiences. It is our hope, that through our process of buying and selling real estate on a daily basis, you will learn where to walk on the path to success. Our wives can tell you that we have spent thousands of dollars on our education; we want to share that knowledge with you. Also there are some things that a seminar or bootcamp will not teach you – you have to experience. We want to point out and prepare you for these times.
There is no way to learn without doing – The Motto at Cal Poly was “Learn by Doing”. What I mean by that is you can read and read and read and study all the books and course known to man, but nothing teaches you like real world experiences. You have to get out there and Do It. It will cost you time and money. We want to guide you though these times to reduce if not eliminate their impact. We will show you how to do it because we have done it. We will give you real world experiences with a funny story or two along the way. If you can’t laugh at yourself, you will probably end up at the mental hospital.
Together we can be successful and reach our dreams. By combining our knowledge and experience Jeff and I hope to guide you along the less traveled path to success.
